These Terms of Service govern your use of Stikup. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Stikup.
Using Stikup
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Stikup. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. We may update or discontinue features over time.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the stickers we generate for you. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo. You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to create and deliver your sticker packs.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts someone without their consent, and do not misuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Generations, unlocks and referrals
Stikup offers a limited number of free generations and ways to unlock more, such as referrals. Once you claim a pack by downloading it or sending it to Telegram, the remaining generations for that allowance are used up. Promotional terms may change.
Disclaimer
Stikup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated stickers will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stikup and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of Stikup after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
