Stikup turns your photos into sticker packs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Stikup you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (such as your email address and, if you connect them, your Telegram or Google identity), the photos you upload to generate stickers, and the sticker packs we create for you. We also record basic usage data such as how many generations you have used.
How we use your information
We use your information to create your stickers, deliver packs to you over download or Telegram, maintain your account and generation balance, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Photos and AI processing
Photos you upload are processed to generate your sticker pack. We keep them only as long as needed to produce and deliver your stickers, and use them for no other purpose. We do not use your photos to advertise to you.
Third-party services
When you link Telegram or sign in with Google, those providers share basic profile details (such as your name and avatar) so we can identify your account and deliver stickers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your packs and associated personal data, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, or if you have questions about your privacy, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
